There are multiple options out there to run scheduled or recurring jobs in python. In my case I needed something that was simple and easy to use for my project where I periodically need to write to SQLite DB in the background.
Rich is an opensource python library by Will McGugan for beautiful text formatting in the terminal. Rich has close to 30k stars in github and more than 500 packages are using it.
Gists are underrated. I use gists when the code doesn't deserve it's own repository and I often refer to my gists from different devices. So I decided to write a python script using pytablewriter module to compose all my gists in markdown table format so that the README will render it nicely.
I spend most of my time in terminal, So using tools like fzf and bat comes in realy handy. fzf is creatively used from using fzf for searching bash history for running commands to opening files in vim with the fuzzy finder.
